Planting Party

We forecast a fun and rewarding evening with the promise of spring and the smell of soil. Break out your gardening gloves, roll up your sleeves, and help us sow seeds for our 2nd annual plant sale benefiting the Westchester Food Pantry!

We are looking for volunteers to help with our planting assembly line. This year we are expanding our sale to include vegetables, herbs, and flowers, so there are A LOT of seeds to plant! If you have been anxious to get your hands in the dirt, this is the activity for you!

We may also need a few volunteers to babysit some of our seedlings in their homes until the date of the plant sale. To ensure that our seedlings arrive at the plant sale big and beautiful, we ask that volunteers store them in a sunny place in their homes.
